// About the Role
We're hiring a hands-on Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist to help run weekly marketing deliverables across multiple channels. You'll create and publish content, support paid ad execution, and help manage our social presence while coordinating with our internal team to complete weekly deliverables.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured weekly output, moving quickly, and improving content and campaigns through iteration.
// Weekly Deliverables
1. Content & Social Media Execution
- Write and publish weekly blog-style content for our website and LinkedIn, including topic planning, drafting, light editing, formatting, and posting coordination.
- Plan, create, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts-style), including:
- Developing content ideas, angles, and hooks
- Editing videos with basic cuts, captions, formatting, and exports
- Scheduling and posting consistently each week
- Create simple, fast-turnaround social visuals when needed, and coordinate with the design team for creative and polished assets.
2. Paid Ads & Lead Capture Support
- Support ongoing Meta ad campaigns through creative coordination, launch updates, and regular performance review cycles. Identify what's working and underperforming, and iterate weekly on targeting, messaging, creatives, and placements.
- Build, maintain, and optimize Meta ad assets and lead/ad forms. Review results such as CTR, CPL, and lead quality, then refine form structure, questions, and follow-up flow to improve conversion and overall campaign performance.
3. Outreach & Lead Follow-Up
- Draft outbound outreach messages and support email sequencing.
- Manage and respond to inbound social messages, and help coordinate follow-ups in line with our brand voice.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate deliverables across client accounts and internal teammates to keep weekly work on track.
- Review basic website analytics to spot what's working and what to improve.
- Occasionally support light market research (trends/competitor notes) when needed.
// Skills & Experience
- Experience in graphic design and marketing execution.
- Comfortable producing short-form video content from concept to publish.
- Ability to manage recurring weekly deliverables across multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong English proficiency with the ability to write clear, professional content.
- Familiarity with the Meta ecosystem is a plus, including lead forms, basic ad workflows, and lead capture. (Training will be provided.)
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to create simple assets independently when needed.
